17711 Termini Rd 17711 San Luis Pass

From 45, exit 61st street
Turn right onto 61st street
Go all the way until you reach Seawall BLVD.
Turn right on Seawall BLVD
It changes to FM 3005
You will pass several beach communities including Pirates Beach and Jamaica Beach.
After Jamaica Beach you will soon see Wolverton & Assoc on your right and Seven Sea Grocery on the left.
Right after Seven Sea Grocery turn left into the townhomes complex

NOTE

You'd better slow down in Jamaica Beach area and obey the posted speed limit. Speeding tickets are the main source of income for Jamaica Beach City.
